REGULAR APPEARANCE
THE CAT
History: As a young boy during World War II, John Hardesky was tricked by Nazis into spying on the creation of Captain America, memorizing the formula used to create him. However, he then realized that he had been tricked and refused to reveal the formula to the Red Skull, fleeing.
Hardesky grew up to be the Cat, a highly experienced burglar. He changed his name to "Walter Hardy" and married a beautiful businesswoman named Anastasia. He also fathered a daughter named Felicia. When he was caught in the midst of a jewel theft, the Cat was incarcerated. In prison, he was approached by General Erwin Fitzmaurice. Seeing Fitzmaurice as a trustworthy man and knowing his reputation as a war hero, Hardesky told the General about the formula. Fitzmaurice listened, and ordered Hardesky to be transferred to a SHIELD prison, partly to protect his knowledge of the super soldier formula.
Years later, Hardesky was abducted from custody by crime boss Wilson Fisk, who attempted to force him into revealing the formula. Hardesky did so after the crime lord kidnapped his daughter, and the recreated serum was tested out on her. As a result, Felicia became the Black Cat, and teamed up with Spider-Man to save her father, who then allowed himself to be taken back into SHIELD custody to protect his knowledge.
General Fitzmaurice came in once more and saw Hardesky extremely regretful and looking for redemption. Noticing this, he decided to give him that chance to redeem himself by making him a SHIELD agent. The Cat is now prowling the corners of New York, keeping an eye on any suspicious activities around the Big Apple.

Sample of how you'll play this character:
Carl Morrell had seen a suspicious looking figure on the roof of a building. He decided to look around in case anyone is coming. There wasn't enough time to change. He then crawled up the building and when he was up, he saw the figure facing him.
"Shit... he saw me crawling... this is what I get for being so impulsive..." thought Carl.
"I guess you are Spider-Man... and I suppose you are wondering why I'm not in prison." said the Cat.
"He must mean Pete... oh, boy... what would he do in this situation?" thought Carl.
Carl decided to speak up. If this man was an enemy, he would have attacked him, and his Spider-Sense didn't tingle, so he decides to take a risk.
"Ummmm... I can explain everything about the wallcrawling thing you saw?" uttered Carl nervously.
"Hm... I expected you to be older... but you are just a boy..." said the Cat as he looked at Carl curiously and took off his mask.
Carl remembered the day when he nervously stumbled into Felicia and saw a picture of the man in front of him.
"It's Mr. Hardesky... Felicia's dad!!!" thought Carl.
"You seem very nervous, boy..." said Hardesky.
"Stop thinking about Felicia, Morrell!!! I know she has a sexy body, but you gotta CONCENTRATE ON HER DAD, WHO IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!!" thought Carl.
He then spoke up.
"Sorry, Mr. Hardesky... I... I am kinda distracted today..." said Carl. "Personal problems..."
"I see..." said Hardesky. "Anything you need to get off your chest?"
Carl then looked down.
"Well... yes... every single day of my life, I see so many beautiful girls... they all remind me of previous girls I dated and... lost... I still blame myself for those losses..." said Carl sadly. "The problem is that... I actually have four girls that I'm attracted to... a fashion vigilante, a girl reporter who isn't big on costumes, my boss' secretary and..."
Carl stops for a moment. Should he tell him about Felicia?
"...a very beautiful and athletic girl. However... I don't want to be near them because... I could kill them... just like my first girl..." said Carl. "I couldn't bear to carry so much guilt..."
Hardesky sighed and pats Carl's shoulder.
"I understand you... I have my own burden to carry as well..." said Hardesky. "However, closing yourself from others isn't the answer... or else you would live the rest of your life in fear and regret..."
"I know... it's just that... after my first girl's death... I can't trust myself." said Carl.
Hardesky looked at Carl. The young man reminded him of himself when he was younger, doubting himself constantly due to having to carry a heavy burden for the rest of his life.
