Image/Appearance:
History: Dial-Tone is the communications specialist of the Fridge's Bears.
Dial-Tone built his own crystal set when he was ten. By fourteen he was part of a CB net, and had his own ham station by the time he was sixteen. Dial-Tone made all his own equipment, buying parts with quarters earned bagging groceries. He saw the army as a means to furthering his education in his chosen field and quickly found out that instead of a stepping stone, it was a goal in itself. Manning a radio in the field wasn't just passing time - it was a job with a purpose.
One of the scariest things that can happen to you in the field is to lose contact with your base. That means you are ALONE. No artillery support, no air-strikes, no medvac, no extraction, no NOTHING! The cavalry ain't comin' until the man with the radio tells 'em to.
Equipment: 9mm Parabellum Submachine Pistol with Silencer, Anti-Scrambler Communications Backpack with Microphone
Powers: N/A
Skill: Dial-Tone is a very effective radio telecommunications expert and infantry specialist.
Trivia (Optional):
-In his spare time, he can be found playing video games with Mainframe.
Sample of how you'll play this character:
Dial-Tone was using his radio.
"Dial-Tone to Fridge. I've identified some signals comin' in. They're heading to the highway at top speed." said Dial-Tone.
"How many are there, Dial-Tone?" asked the Fridge.
"Three." said Dial-Tone.
"That can only mean one thing... it's the Dreadnoks." said Fridge. "Tell Cross Country to intercept them with his HAVOC, we'll rendezvous with him there."
"Roger. Dial-Tone out." said Dial-Tone.
