ELECTRO
DILLON
History: Maxwell Dillon was born in Endicott, New York, the son of Jonathan and Anita Dillon. His father was often fired from jobs making them move a lot. One day his father walked out on them and his mother became overprotective. However, one day, he had enough of his mother's overprotectiveness and decided to go to college.
After graduating, he became a video game designer for Benton Games. Video games were Max's passion from the start, and now, he had a dream job. It wouldn't last, however. As time passed, Dillon's ideas became more and more ambitious, and he himself became more and more greedy. He asked for a raise to the president of Benton Games, but the president refused, claiming that he was already paid more than his co-workers. Enraged, Dillon swore he would make him pay for not appreciating his ideas.
When Dillon resigned from Benton, he went to the arcade and decided to play his favorite game, "Meteors of Doom". But then, the game started short-circuiting due to a mysterious malfunction and a bolt of electricity struck Dillon. He then found out that he had the power to control electricity. He decided to use his newfound power for crime and became Electro, the Human Lightning Bolt.
Weapons: Himself.
Powers: Electro can control electricity. He can fire electric beams from his hand, and can generate enough electricity around his body to stun his enemies if they grab him, unless he wants to go hand-to-hand with them.
Skill: Electro is an expert video game designer, developer and programmer. He was the creator of the Video-Man arcade game. He's also knowledgeable in the field of electricity.
Trivia (Optional):
-Because of the accident, Electro's voice sounds more like an electric current (hence why I picked Tom Harvey as Dillon's Electro voice, 'cause I always felt the rasp on his voice made him sound like an electric current and that's exactly how I imagine Electro sounding like in the comics).
-His passion for video games is sort of a nod to his Spider-Friends incarnation.
Sample of how you'll play this character:
Electro was sliding around a powerline. He cackled as he did this. His high-pitched, electric sounding voice could be heard for miles.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I shall soon control all the electricity in New York!!!" said Electro.
"Not if I can help it, sparky!!!" said Carl Morrell's Spider-Man as he shoots a special electric web from his webshooters.
The web wraps around Electro's legs, causing him to fall to the ground.
"DAAAAGH!!! You'll pay for that, Spider-Man!!! Time to play Duck Hunt... HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!" laughed Electro as he fired bolts of electricity at Spider-Carl.
"SHIT!!!!" yelled Carl as he was barely hit by a beam.
A dog appears out of nowhere, laughing, just like in the Duck Hunt video game.
"What the hell was that???" said Electro "This isn't supposed to be the real game!!!".
Suddenly, Spider-Carl fires a web that wraps around Electro.
"DAAAAGHH!!!" yelled Electro as he was wrapped by the web, his powers being drained by it.
Suddenly, the dog takes off his head and we see that it's just Firestar.
"YOU TRICKED ME!!!" yelled Electro.
"Yeah, and it was worth it!!!" said Firestar.
